Please note: refunds are eligible for all products if there is an issue with product quality. Proof of defect needs to be provided.

In order to receive a refund the product needs to be unworn and sent back within a week of receiving the product, then a refund will be extended.

If you order the wrong size or colour, you can exchange for another or receive store credit. It needs to be unworn and perfect condition and then sent back before an exchange or store credit is offered.

Refunds for choosing the wrong size or colour are not possible at this time <3.
